Demand Driven Planning

There is often a lot of homework involved with most planning methods. You only need to know yourself and make educated guesses when using the 90 Minute Strategic Plan. Approximately 300 words will be used or what would be needed to fill out a one-page worksheet. After learning the entire process (and it's a quick study) you'll be able to complete a first draft plan within 60-90 minutes for any issue you identify.

A 90 Minute Strategic Plan consists of twelve steps divided into two phases.

As part of the first stage, you go through the first six steps; it is a creative, right-brain process. In this step, you will identify the strategic issue you want to address and create all the outcomes you desire. In the second stage, you define how you are going to achieve your desired outcomes through a tactical, logical, left brain approach.
