6. A member's involvement in the SNG® Unit is expected by referring or bringing qualified visitors.
7. Visitors are welcome to attend Unit meetings twice.
8. Feature presentations can only be offered by SNG® Members, SNG® Directors/Director Consultants during SNG® meetings.
9. Members will try to attend as many meetings as possible with a minimum of 8-9 meetings per years
10. A new application is required if you wish to change your business category.
11. SNG® membership lists are reserved for referral purposes only. The recipient must consent to receive any other communications that may be sent to SNG® Members or Directors/Director Consultants. Such consent must be specific, informed, unambiguous, freely and unreservedly given.
12. The Member Success Programme is required for all new members before they give their first feature presentation.
13. We reserved the right to change the policy any time. All proposed policy changes must be reviewed by a member of the International Council of Advisors before they are adopted.

5. Unless the fee is paid by the same company, it cannot be transferred from person to person.
6. Cheques returned to SNG are subject to a strict policy. Three business days are allowed for members to contact their Regional SNG Office to resolve the matter. The collections department will handle any unresolved return checks after this timeframe. Member has to bear the returned cheques fees. An account will be immediately terminated if a member passes a second NSF cheque.
7. SNG Global is a marketing service provider. We reserve the right to terminate the participation of a member at any time.
8. For a member to transfer from one unit to another, a new member application must be submitted to the Membership Committee of the new unit. If a member has less than six months of credit for paid membership, they must also submit payment. The member does not have to invest if he or she has more than six months of credit for membership. As soon as they are accepted into the new unit, their previous credits as well as their renewal date will be added to their new membership.

In general, SNG's fee collection is distributed as follows:
a. Promotion: Our promotional items include brochures, invitation cards, visitor information sheets, SNG books, direct mail advertising, periodic press releases, public relations assistance, and website marketing. Our services include books, brochures, invitation cards, visitor information sheets, direct mail campaigns, press releases, and website promotion.
b. Support: Provides package components such as orientation audio cds, vinyl card holders, badges, manuals for team leaders, assistance for SNG directors, a free workshop, award certificates, pins, manuals and support from the National Office
c. Admin Expenses: Expenses associated with administration include telephone, copier, computer supplies, and stationery.
d. Staff expenses: include compensation for handling phone calls, responding to unit requests, preparing press releases, etc. Note: The Unit Leadership Team does not receive compensation and the membership fees is waived off as compensation for their work in the unit. Consequently, for every 500 SNG units, 1,500 members of Team Leaders would be eligible to join without paying membership fees.
